How do Charket apps support Salesforce Marketing Cloud?

The Charket WeChat app supports Salesforce Marketing Cloud by adding the following 3 WeChat activities to Journey Builder. While creating a journey, a Marketing Cloud user can simply drag and drop these activities into the journey.

WeChat Message – Sends messages of all types to WeChat users when either a 1-minute chat window or a 48-hour chat window is active.

WeChat Broadcast – Sends messages of all types to WeChat users outside of chat windows, with a limit of up to four messages per WeChat follower per month.

WeChat Notification – Sends WeChat notifications (also known as WeChat template messages) to WeChat users, regardless of whether a chat window is active.

Charket WeChat supports the following 2 journey entry sources:

Salesforce Data - Triggers journeys in real time when data is created or updated in the associated Sales Cloud.

Data Extension - Supports sending WeChat messages using a CSV file that contains WeChat user identifiers. This option also allows triggering journeys with Sales Cloud data, but not in real time; instead, it follows a predefined schedule.
