发送订阅通知模板
订阅通知模板（Subscribed Notification）只能发送给订阅过该通知关联的 WeChat Template 的用户。否则会发送失败。
Charket 支持在 Live Chat、Form、Survey、Mass Send、WeChat Campaign、Flow、Marketing Cloud 中发送订阅通知模板。发送后会创建对应的 WeChat Events 记录。下面以群发为例发送订阅通知模板给用户。
在 Charket 左侧导航栏中点击 Mass Message，在 What To Send 中选择 Notification，然后选择要发送的 Subscribed Notification，选择模板时 Notification 列表中根据 Type 来区分是 Standard Notification 还是 Subscribed Notification。
选择 Notification 点击 OK 后，选中的 Notification 右上角会显示 Subscribed Notification 标识。
选择完 Subscribed Notification 后，会显示订阅了该模板的人数，然后点击 Send 发送。发送成功后进到 Messages Sent 页面查看发送后的数据。可以点击群发记录右侧的 More Info 来查看创建的 WeChat Events 记录。
在消息发送完成后，WeChat Follower 在微信端可以接收到订阅通知模板消息。如果是未关注微信公众号的用户可以在微信 | 服务通知中查看到消息。
在 WeChat Follower 的 WeChat Events Related List 列表中可以查看创建的数据。
- Type: 发送订阅通知模板的类型。
- WeChat Follower: 订阅通知模板发送给谁。
- Status: 订阅通知模板是否发送成功，成功为 Send Success，失败为 Send Failed。
- WeChat Notification Template: 发送的是哪个订阅通知模板。
- 每条发送记录的 WeChat Event 会关联一条订阅模板时创建的记录，且该 WeChat Event 的 Total count 会被更新为 0（因为发送订阅通知消息会将订阅次数消耗掉）。
